Cute Families

Like I said in my last post - this family was BEAUTIFUL! There were so many gorgeous people in one spot that I didn't know where to point my camera first. I just had to share some of these wonderful group shots.

How priceless is the yawn? To say nothing of the focus on the lollipop!

Such a happy baby!

With all the grandchildren - I love that the babies are trying to grab the hair on the big kids.

The Bride and Groom with all their nieces and nephews - too cute how excited they all were for this big family event.

Wedding Rehearsal

What a fun afternoon I had with this great family. Everyone was beautiful and sweet to boot! Here are just a few of the lovelies from the practice day.

I love that Dad is giving a little dance!

Flower girls and page boys - so adorable!

These four beauties are sisters!

Sam - Senior Pictures

Sam and I spent a very pleasant afternoon over in Zionsville where he was a great sport about getting his session. He did everything I asked of him with a charming smile and easy manners. What a great guy - his Mum I know, is so proud. Thanks so much Sam - good luck next year at college!

I love these "urban" shots and how cool Sam looks in them.

I have passed this building hundreds of times and I have always admired the big star (although I have wondered about the communist connotations), but this is the first time I have photographed it. I am so happy with the results.

I thought the clean cut with the graffiti was a nice juxtaposition and the light under the bridge was beautiful.

I love this shot with the path leading off to Sam's future behind him. All he has to do is make the turn through this one last summer and his new life begins.

Cousins

There is a gorgeous girl version of Ian! Isn't she lovely? We had a fun afternoon at the park - especially for me because I left my naughty children at home...

Poor Ian was a tad cranky to start with, but once we introduced him to the joy of throwing rocks in the creek and the playground he was a happy camper. His cousin was happy just to go along with it all.

All parents think that their children are the worst behaved and the most uncooperative when it comes to getting their photo taken. Trust me, they're not. They are just kids doing what kids do. The more you try to force the issue the worse it gets. Ian's Mum is a pro and she just rolled with the punches so that we ended up with some absolutely lovely shots. I wish I could remember my own advice when I am taking photos of my own Monsters...

It will only be a few years and these two will be road tripping to college - Bye Mum!

I love this! He looks like he's about to say, "Dude we are totally out of gas!" or "We are so lost!" and she is relaxed, "It's all good - we've got snacks!"

I love my Mummy!

First Birthday Portraits

It's hard to believe that it has been a year since we did photos of this darling girl - but she is so big we have to! Isn't she beautiful? I love how her eyes pop in the B&W.

Big Boy!

What a heartbreaker this little man is turning into! His eyelashes alone are swoon-worthy, but the smile and the charming personality will really send the ladies over the edge. Thanks for a great morning I-man - flirting has never been so much fun!
