Brothers

Boys together - cute huh?

The Boys

Three boys and one chair. I shot each brother separately on the same chair in the same location - yet I got different looks from each of them. I love that their personalities shine through.

Awww - Puppy!

Yes, I know - he is huge and that he doesn't look like a puppy - but he is only five months old... five months old and tracking for over 90 pounds! Isn't he cute?

Mini-Session

For a mini-session - I got a bunch of great family shots!

Big Brother, Little Sister

The shots of these two together were so cute that they earned a post all of their own. What good friends they are! She clearly adores her big brother which is so very sweet and he's pretty fond of her too. Last time we did photos they did not want to be together - it was a little like herding cats - now it's a love fest and we have the pics to prove it!

Look who got Big!

These two kiddos have grown so much since their last photos - but they are as sweet and cute as ever! I just love the first set of photos on the chairs - you can really see how much they have grown.

Here is the little boy who has grown so much...

And here is the slouchy teenage boy of his future! I just got such a giggle out of his whole posture and had to mix it up with this grown-up look. I know it was the beginning of our session and he had not exactly warmed up yet - but I love the attitude.

And here is the wee miss. Still shy and definitely taking her cues from her brother!

I love this image! It's just so girly and sweet and soft and shy and pretty all at once.
The head-tilt and hair in the eyes is so Zoe too...

And now we get some smiles! How could he not look happy when all his boy-DNA was sparking liking crazy over big logs AND water AND rocks to throw in it!

Isn't the graffiti in the background cool? Like I ordered it up or something - but really it was just a tad lucky that we have vandals who think about my colour needs.

C'mon! Didn't you just say "Awww"?

Doesn't the graffiti seem to be pointing at her cuteness?

Too Cute

I have only edited a fraction of the pictures that we took on vacation - but these ones were just too cute not to share. How awesome was the tub in our vacation house? The light from the window was just gorgeous!

Joyce Sneak Peek

Five kids! Four redheads and all equally adorable. I had such a good time at the shoot and just as much fun working on these photos. These kids were so stinkin' cute it wasn't funny. The goal was to get a shot of the five cousins together - which we we did... not a stereotypical studio shot - but that's not what I do and I love that their little personalities shine through. There are a lot of pics here - it was hard to narrow it down. But really, how was I supposed to resist those blue eyes?

Thank you all for being so great - you did an awesome job!

I love this picture so much. There are so many wonderful things about it - but their little hands touching just catches at my heart! What an amazing big brother.

When bubbles go bad! Poor Ryan - it's so hard to be little.

Who knew a trip down the slide could be so gorgeous?

Can you believe the eyes on this little darling? I feel like I could dive right into them.

Aww! This is one of my most favourite sibling shots ever!

How cool is this?

I am so excited to be using animoto - here is my first attempt. Sam's pics work great. Thanks Sam!

I just can't help myself...

But really can you blame me? I have to share these pictures of all these adorable children who clearly just love that they are related to each other. They are a perfect advert for Matilda Jane clothes too (e-mail me if you want me to hook you up with some yummy duds like these).

I love that the girls are comforting Henry - who is most upset that I asked him to move to the middle - silly me for upsetting the balance!

All aboard the Matilda Jane train!

Heartbreakers!

C'mon! It's just not fair that children this beautiful get to be from one family. Oh and they were all so sweet too - they made my job easy!
