I didn't post these back in September because I thought I might use them for our Christmas card this year. We went with a collage, so here are my adorable monsters... Too cute not to share.
When we set up this shoot there was some objection to the grounds at the IMA - "We want really casual shots." So, you can imagine my surprise when this stunning family climbed out of their car. The pictures are wonderful - they do indeed POP!
I can't decide which image I like best - colour or B&W? She is equally gorgeous in both of course...
I just love that name! It's so pretty. A perfect match for one of the best behaved babies I ever seen. She was so sweet and quiet. She was up for just a little while and then back to sleep she went! Lucky Mum.
You would never know from looking at these shots that this darling little man, with his supermodel lips, charming smile, eyes you can swim in and eyelashes that have no business being on a male of our species - was actually under the weather. I swear I even saw him vomit! Poor little guy. He did so great for me and his parents were wonderful - such singing talent!
I think I was the only one who was freezing! These absolutely wonderful kidlets did not even seem to notice the cold, they were so busy exploring and just being themselves. Mum was a photographer's dream too! This was such an easy and fun shoot.
Three-year old twins are fun! And busy. Keeping up with two fast three-year-olds was a challenge. The sheer cuteness of them kept me going and I was sure glad I went along for the ride. The are just so adorable!
Sydney was definitely reserving judgment on this whole photo taking business. A snack from Mommy and the promise of a treat from the crazy photography girl bought out her darling little personality and some shy smiles too.
Poor Mum was stressed trying to get everyone ready - but see how beautiful these photos of the kidlets turned out? I think we all had some fun in the end too.
